Bringing Up Great Kids is an identified Evidence-Based Program for Communities for Children Facilitating Partners. It has been evaluated and found to be an effective program in supporting the development of mindful and positive relationships between parents/carers and children.

Tuning in to Kids™ is a parenting program that helps children learn to understand and regulate their emotions. Tuning in to Kids™aims to give you helpful ways of teaching your child the skills of emotional intelligence. The program teaches you about how you, as a parent, can help your child develop good emotional skills.

Park & Play is currently offered in the Shellharbour local government area and involves free weekly play sessions in parks and outdoor areas for children aged 0-5 years and their parents and carers. The sessions are supported by friendly trained staff. Through Park and Play, parents and carers get to meet other adults caring for young children in their area, and also get to pick up new ideas for fun play activities that can be recreated at home.

Let’s Play Let’s Eat is an FSA Early Intervention program run at the University of Wollongong Early Start Discovery Space. LPLE is an eight week community engagement initiative that aims to improve the attachment, nutrition and socialisation of participant families.
