CULTURAL DIVERSITY

Cultural diversity is looking at and accepting the variety and cultural differences that exist in society. Within Warehouse0ne7 we acknowledge that these differences exist and look at ways of being culturally sensitive to all clients, staff and visitors that attend the centre.

 

Managing and accepting the cultural diversity of others makes us more creative, flexible, productive and competitive. We have employees that are from different cultural background and this has enabled us to gain valuable knowledge and insight, and create a welcoming space that is comfortable and free from prejudice. We recognise that there are distinct demographic groups that have been disadvantaged in the community; we are committed to being able to offer a service that is free from cultural indifference.
